§ 154.03 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   On and after the effective date, these regulations shall govern every new manufactured home rental community or any additions to a manufactured home rental community lying within the county outside the jurisdiction of any municipality and territory; within the jurisdiction of any municipality whose governing body by resolution agrees to the regulations. Manufactured home rental communities existing at the time of the adoption of this subchapter shall be allowed to continue, but shall not be allowed to expand or increase through (including, but not limited to) acquisition of additional land or development of any manufactured home site or placement of any additional manufactured home in the manufactured home rental community unless the expansion fully meets the requirements set forth in this subchapter.
   (B)   If a manufactured home rental community, existing before the adoption date of this subchapter that received a certificate of compliance under the old mobile home park ordinance which was adopted on September 2, 1980, should lose that certificate of compliance for failure to operate the manufactured home rental community in compliance of the requirements and terms of the old mobile home park ordinance, then it shall be subject to the regulations and requirements of this subchapter in the reapplication for its certificate of compliance.
