§ 153.10 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   Pursuant to G.S. §§ 113A-112 and 113A-121, the Coastal Area Management Act authorizes a city or county to adopt an implementation and enforcement plan. The Board of Commissioners hereby adopts this implementation and enforcement plan.
