§ 152.050 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The County Planner, hereinafter referred to as the “Floodplain Administrator”, is hereby appointed to administer the provisions of this chapter. The County Building Inspector is hereby appointed to implement the provisions of this chapter.
