§ 152.031 BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREAS.
   (A)   The special flood hazard areas are those identified under the Cooperating Technical State (CTS) agreement between the state and FEMA in its Flood Insurance Study (FIS) and its accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM), for the county dated October 5, 2004, which are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
   (B)   The special flood hazard areas also include those defined through standard engineering analysis for private developments or by governmental agencies, but which have not yet been incorporated in the FIRM. This includes, but is not limited to:
      (1)   Detailed flood data generated as a requirement of § 152.052(J) and (K);
      (2)   Preliminary FIRMs, where more stringent than the effective FIRM; or
      (3)   Post-disaster Flood Recovery Maps.
