§ 151.48 JURISDICTION.
   This subchapter shall govern the establishment, expansion, or addition to multi-family dwelling units lying within the jurisdiction of the county, excluding the corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction of any municipality unless the governing body of any municipality by resolution agrees to such regulations.
