(A) Violations of any provision of this chapter or declaration enacted or declared under this chapter shall be punished in accordance with G.S. § 14-288.20A.
(B) Any person interfering with, or obstructing, hindering, or delaying any public officer in performing their duties under the provisions of this ordinance, or any declaration, regulation, or plan issued thereunder shall be punished in accordance with G.S. § 14-223.
(C) It shall be a Class 2 misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days for any person to willfully obstruct, hinder or delay any other emergency management forces in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or performing their duties pursuant to any plan or restriction issued thereunder and upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with G.S. § 14-4.
