The Chairpersons and/or Mayor shall by declaration terminate the entire declaration of emergency or remove any of the prohibitions and restrictions when the emergency no longer requires them or when directed to do so by the Board of Commissioners or City Council. Requirements of publication in § 30.31(C) must also be followed for termination.
