§ 30.01 SHORT TITLE.
   This chapter shall be known as the Emergency Management Ordinance for Pasquotank County, Camden County, and the City of Elizabeth City. This chapter is adopted under the provisions set forth above and in accordance with North Carolina Emergency Management Act of 1977.
