§ 91.49 LURING, TEASING AND MOLESTING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to tease, bait or in any way molest any animal. This includes throwing objects over or through fences, poking sticks or any objects at the animal. It shall be unlawful for any person to entice or lure any animal out of an enclosed area or off the property of its owner or keeper.
