§ 151.14 CONFLICT.
   In the event any provision, standard or requirement of this subchapter is found to be in conflict with any provisions of any other ordinance or code of the county, the provision which establishes the higher standard or more stringent requirements for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the residents of the county shall prevail.
