§ 53.03 AUTHORITY.
   The Pasquotank County Board of Commissioners is authorized to adopt this chapter pursuant to North Carolina law, including, but not limited to Chapter 153A, Article 18 (Parts 1, 2 and 3) of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
