(A) There is hereby created the Pasquotank-Camden Ambulance Service Board whose membership shall be comprised of three members, two to be appointed by Pasquotank County and one member appointed by the Camden County Board of Commissioners.
(B) The Pasquotank-Camden Ambulance Service Board shall have the responsibility and duty of advising on matters relating to the enforcement of this chapter as specified in division (A) above and shall develop and recommend for approval by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasquotank and Camden Counties standards of care, policies, procedures and actions which will maintain and improve the quality of emergency medical services for the residents of Pasquotank and Camden Counties.
