Standards for drivers and attendants as developed by the State Medical Care Commission as requirement for certification of ambulance attendants and emergency medical technicians, pursuant to G.S. §§ 131E-155 through 131E-161 and G.S. Ch. 143 Art. 56, shall be applied and the same are incorporated herein by reference.
