§ 111.07 ENFORCEMENT.
   The County Health Department shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter and may take informal measures to procure compliance from any person deemed by the Department or its representative to be in violation. If informal measures fail to obtain compliance, the Department, through its representative, shall be responsible for obtaining warrants for violations of this chapter.
