(A) This chapter shall not apply to service stations, repair shops or garages.
(B) (1) Junkyards or automobile graveyards may be operated and/or maintained without restrictions if and providing that the junkyard or automobile graveyard shall be fenced at all points where the fencing shall be necessary to screen the view of persons from public roads, schools or residential areas, and where the screening is not already substantially provided.
(2) The fence or wire fence shall have at least one gate for the purpose of ingress and egress.
