§ 1766.06 PERMIT FEE.
   (a)   For projects which do not exceed $100,000 in estimated project costs, the applicant shall with submission of the application pay a permit fee of $10 for the first $1,000 or any portion thereof of the estimated cost of the clearing, grading, stripping, or filling as shown on the application, and an additional $6 per every $1,000 of estimated cost thereafter; however, in any event a minimum permit fee of $20 shall be submitted.
   (b)   For projects which exceed $100,000 in estimated project costs, the applicant shall with submission of the application pay a permit fee based upon the estimated cost of the clearing, grading, stripping, or filling as shown on the application and calculated as follows.

   (c)   In the event that any clearing, grading, stripping, or filling for which a permit is required is commenced prior to obtaining such permit, the specified fee shall be doubled.
