§ 1766.05 TERM PERIOD AND CONDITIONS OF PERMIT; RENEWAL.
   (a)   The grading permit issued under the provisions of this article shall state the following:
      (1)   The period of time for which such permit is valid; however, no such permit shall be issued for a period of time greater than six months from the date of issuance;
      (2)   The circumstances under which such permit can be executed;
      (3)   The manner and method under which the clearing, grading, stripping, and filling shall take place; and
      (4)   Any and all limitations thereon.
   (b)   If the clearing, grading, stripping, or filling of the site has not been completed within the time period provided for in the permit, the permit may be renewed in the discretion of the Building Inspector for an additional period or periods without assessment of any fee therefor; however, if the clearing, grading, stripping, or filling for which a permit has been issued is not started and the work is not actually begun within the initial time period provided for in the permit, no renewal permit will be granted, but a new application shall be made and an additional fee paid.
