§ 1709.04 MANUFACTURED HOUSING.

No manufactured homes under the width of 14 feet shall be permitted for installation in the City of Parsons from the time this ordinance takes effect and that all per-existing mobile homes in the city limits, shall be grandfathered in, but once said manufactured home is removed, no manufactured home older than the year 2000 will be reinstalled and shall have a pitched roof.
