§ 1511.10 ORDERS AND DECISIONS OF THE FIRE CHIEF OR DESIGNEE THEREOF ; APPEALS.
   (a)   Fire Chiefs or designee thereof, or by and through persons working under his or her direction.
      (1)   Order and decisions are final and conclusive.
      (2)   Any order or final written decision of the Fire Chief or designee thereof based upon or made in the course of the administration or enforcement of the provisions of § 1511.20 based upon or made pursuant to this article is final, unless vacated or modified upon review pursuant to the appeal rights and procedures provided by § 1511.22.
   (b)   Fire Chief’s or designee thereof order and decisions appealed.
      (1)   Any person aggrieved by an order or final written decision of the Fire Chief or designee thereof based upon or made in the course of the administration or enforcement of the provisions of § 1511.20 or made pursuant to § 1511.22, and desiring to contest the order or written decision may file an appeal from the order or written decision with the City Council.
      (2)   Preservation of the right to an appeal and the procedure for the contested case is governed by this section.
