§ 1501.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any person who is violates any of the provisions of this article for which another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon a first conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of $250; upon a third or subsequent conviction within one year thereafter such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of $500.
   (b)   Each and every day during which any violation of the provisions of this article continues after knowledge or official notice that same is illegal is a separate offense.
