No person during construction or demolition of buildings or structures shall dispose of any waste materials or rubbish by burning on the premises or in the immediate vicinity without having obtained a permit or other proper authorization from the Fire Chief or designee thereof and the safety provisions of § 1501.06 shall be applicable to any fire authorized by the Fire Chief or designee thereof. Permits will be handled by WV DNR only.
