No person shall obstruct, stop, stand, or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the law or the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device or prevent or delay access in any of the following places:
(a) Within 15 feet of, or otherwise obstruct, a fire hydrant shall be prohibited at all times;
(b) Within 15 feet of, or otherwise obstruct, a Fire Department connection(s) (FDC) shall be prohibited at all times;
(c) Parking of motor vehicles or otherwise obstruct any fire lanes shall be prohibited at all times; or
(d) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station and on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within 75 feet of the entrance when properly sign-posted.
