§ 1501.01 ATTACKING, HINDERING, OR OBSTRUCTING FIREFIGHTER.
   (a)   No person shall intentionally obstruct, oppose, or hinder, or attempt to obstruct, oppose, or hinder, or counsel, advise, or invite others to obstruct, oppose, or to hinder the operation of any apparatus of the Fire Department firefighter.
   (b)   Any person willfully violating any provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.
   (c)   Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent law enforcement officials from controlling traffic and otherwise maintaining order at the scene of a fire.
