§ 1131.01 APPLICABILITY.

   (a)   The provisions of this article apply to all areas of the city except as may be expressly set forth below.

   (b)   Pursuant to the Emergency Rules of the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping Board on file with the office of the Secretary of State, Title 169, Series 2 of the Code of State Rules, the city hereby elects to participate in the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping Project.
