For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDING COMMISSION. The Building Commission of the City of Parsons, West Virginia.
CIRCUIT COURT. The Circuit Court of Tucker County, West Virginia.
MUNICIPALITY. The City of Parsons, West Virginia.
UNSAFE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE. Any dwelling or other building unfit for human habitation due to dilapidation, defects increasing and hazard of fire, accidents or other calamities, lack of ventilation, light, or sanitary facilities, or any other conditions prevailing in any dwelling or building, whether used for human habitation or not, which would cause such building to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous, or detrimental to the public welfare.
