§ 905.08 REMOVAL OF SNOW, SLEET, AND ICE FROM SIDEWALKS.
   (a)   All owners, occupants, and persons in charge of real estate in the city shall remove snow, ice, and sleet from sidewalks on which their property borders.
   (b)   The snow, ice, and sleet shall be removed within five hours after snow or sleet stops falling, except should the five-hour limit require the removal after sundown, in which event the snow, ice, and sleet shall be removed by 9:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter on the following day.
   (c)   In removing snow, sleet, and ice from sidewalks as herein required, it shall be unlawful for any person to case such snow, sleet, or ice into or upon any street, gutter, or public way.
