§ 725.10 DEFINITIONS.

Unless the context hereof requires otherwise, all terms used herein shall have the same meanings as set forth in W. Va. Code Ch. 7, Art. 18 of 1931, as last amended. The term HOTEL includes bed and breakfast, air bnb’s and short-term rental units.
