§ 705.15 EXEMPTIONS FROM PURCHASE OF CERTAIN LICENSES.

No provision in this section shall be construed to grant any person or company the authority to make an election as to whether such person or company shall purchase a license pursuant to the above mentioned provisions of the city code of ordinances, but all persons or companies shall be required to purchase a business franchise.
