§ 705.10 COLLECTION BY CIVIL ACTION; VENUE.

The City Collector-Treasurer may collect any business registration certificate tax and penalties unpaid under the provisions of §§ 705.03 and 705.99 of this article by civil action or other appropriate legal or equitable procedure; venue shall be in any court of limited or general jurisdiction in the city.
