(b) Whoever violates § 517.01(a) shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
(c) Whoever violates § 517.01(b) shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, and for a second offense shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
(d) (1) Except as provided in division (c)(2), any person who violates the provisions of § 517.07 shall be confined in jail not more than 30 days or fined not more than $250, or both.
(2) Any person who violates the provisions of § 517.07 by intentionally exposing himself or herself to another person and the exposure was done for the purpose of sexual gratification, shall be fined not more than $500 or confined in jail not more than 30 days, or both. For a second offense, the person shall be fined not more than $1,000 and confined in jail for 30 days. For a third or subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a felony and shall be prosecuted under appropriate state law.
(e) Whoever violates § 517.10 shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
