(a) General article penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this article for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500.
(b) Abandoned and junk vehicles. Whoever violates § 361.07 shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
