§ 345.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   General article penalty. Unless otherwise provided for in this article, any person violating any provision of this article shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500.
   (b)   Brakes. Any person violating §§ 345.19 or 345.20 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 20 days, or both; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

   (c)   Sun screening devices. Whoever violates § 345.34 shall be fined not more than $200.
