§ 301.40 TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.

TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE. Any sign, signal, marking, and device not inconsistent with this Traffic Code placed or erected by authority of a public body or official having jurisdiction, for the purpose of regulating, warning, or guiding traffic.
