§ 301.16 MOTOR-DRIVEN CYCLE.

MOTOR-DRIVEN CYCLE. Every motorcycle having a piston displacement of more than 50 cubic centimeters but not more than 150 cubic centimeters, or with not more than five brake horsepower.
