(A) Cable service shall be offered to those township residents adjacent to company wires located in or around the township, or other future areas at the option of the company.
(B) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to mean the company will be obligated to wire the entire township.
(C) It is expressly understood that pay service programming is copyrighted material and cannot be viewed in a public place, discounted or given away.
