(A) The franchise granted herein shall be subject to the right of the township to revoke an ordinance as regulated by state statute, upon the Township Board’s determination that the company has violated the terms or intent of the C.A.T.V. franchise ordinance. The company will be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to any public hearing date being set by the Township Board.
(B) Any franchise granted hereunder shall be subject to all applicable provisions of township ordinances, and any amendments thereto.
(C) Any franchise granted hereunder shall be subject to all applicable state and federal laws, including rules and regulations established by the F.C.C.
