§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 94.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than $500 and costs of prosecution, or imprisoned in the county jail not to exceed 90 days or both. The court, in lieu of another sentence imposed, may direct a substitution of litter gathering labor, including, but not limited to, the litter connected with the particular violation, under the supervision of the court.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.20 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 94.50 through 94.52 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
