§ 92.11  RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION; ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Chief or any authorized officer of the Fire Department may inspect any property for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the provisions of this chapter, upon presenting the appropriate credentials.
   (B)   The Fire Chief and/or the Fire Department officers are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter; and once sworn in by the Township Clerk may issue citations for violations of this chapter.
