§ 92.08  OUTDOOR WOOD-FIRED BOILERS.
   An outdoor wood-fired boiler may be installed and used in the township only in accordance with all of the following provisions.
   (A)   The outdoor wood-fired boiler shall not be used to burn refuse.
   (B)   The outdoor wood-fired boiler shall be located at least 40 feet from the nearest building.
   (C)   The outdoor wood-fired boiler shall have a chimney outfitted with a spark arrestor and/or a rain cap.
   (D)   Installation of such boilers is prohibited within a planned residential area.
