§ 51.01  APPROVING COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN.
   The County Solid Waste Management Plan developed under the procedures set forth in Public Act 451 of 1994, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.11501 et seq., is hereby approved by the Township Board.
