The township, in order to provide for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the improved lots in Amberton Village does hereby prohibit the usage of water other than for the personal needs of the residents within the dwellings of the improved lots in Amberton Village during a total power outage. When the generator is operated for emergency purposes washing vehicles (cars/trucks, and the like), houses, or watering lawn or gardens is strictly prohibited.
