§ 90.24 TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS WHO CAN ENFORCE THIS CHAPTER.

   Unless otherwise specified by the Township Board by resolution, the following officials or officers shall have the authority to enforce this chapter and to issue municipal civil infraction citations/tickets pursuant to this chapter.

   (A)   Township Supervisor;

   (B)   Township Clerk;

   (C)   Township Sexton;

   (D)   Township Zoning Administrator;

   (E)   Township Ordinance Enforcement Officer;

   (F)   Any deputy of the County Sheriff’s Department; and

   (G)   Any state police officer.
