The Township Board hereby designates the Albion Area Ambulance Service as the primary emergency medical services provider for medical emergencies in the township. Such designation shall not apply in the event that the person who is in need of such emergency medical services designates a provider other than Albion Area Ambulance Service, which is able to provide such emergency medical services on a timely basis.
