§ 152.17  TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The term of each member shall be three years.
   (B)   All members shall hold office until their successors are appointed.
   (C)   Members may be removed by the Township Supervisor, after a hearing, with the approval of the Township Board.
   (D)   All vacancies for unexpired terms shall be filled for the remainder of such term.
