§ 152.16 MEMBERSHIP.

The Commission shall consist of five qualified electors and property owners of the township who shall be appointed by the Township Supervisor with approval of the Township Board, and shall be representative of major interests as they exist in the township, and one of whom shall be a member of the Township Board.
