§ 152.15 CREATION OF COMMISSION.

The Township Board hereby creates a Township Planning Commission to be known as the Township Planning Commission. Said Commission is created pursuant to the authority granted by Public Act 33 of 2008, being M.C.L.A. § 125.3811 as amended and with all the powers, duties and functions therein.
