Any person who neglects to obtain the required permits for construction: building, zoning, plumbing, electrical and/or mechanical, shall be sent by certified mail notification to make application for said required permits. If the required permits are not applied for within 30 days of notification, permit fees will be double the standard fee for said required permits.
