§ 31.03 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT.

The Township Supervisor shall not have the authority, without specific Board action, to take any actions or make any statements concerning the applicability, interpretation or enforcement of the township ordinances and further, the Township Board is directed to take any and all actions necessary to uphold the ordinances as required by law.
