(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 131.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
