§ 130.04 VIOLATIONS.

Any person who shall act in any manner described in § 130.03 or § 130.06 shall be deemed in violation of this chapter and, upon conviction, shall be punished as set forth in § 130.99, whether or not said person had been ordered by a peace officer that such conduct or violation cease, except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
